The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of our services are outlined in individual service agreements or consultation bookings. We strive to provide high-quality, professional styling services, but the results and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances, preferences, and commitment to implementing recommendations.

Our services are advisory in nature and based on professional styling expertise and industry knowledge. While we make every effort to provide valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that you will be satisfied with every recommendation. Style is subjective, and individual preferences may differ.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments for styling services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your needs, preferences, and any relevant circumstances that may affect the consultation.

We require advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we will work with you to reschedule when possible.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stylist illness or emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment times. If we cancel an appointment, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will always be available. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons or for special event styling.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Service fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our Return Policy or as required by applicable law. If you cancel an appointment within the permitted cancellation period, any payments made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect services that have already been booked and paid for. Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your appointment and pursue collection of outstanding amounts. You are responsible for any costs we incur in collecting overdue payments, including reasonable attorney fees and collection agency fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, is the property of Ghefryonchclixox or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
